Dr. Alberto Ortigão holds a PhD in Geotechnics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a post-doctorate from the following institutions: Building Research Establishment (1984), University of British Columbia (1991 ) and City University of Hong Kong (1997). Having founded Terratek in 2000, today he takes on the role of Technical Director and Chairman of the board of directors.
HALLEY RIBEIRO
International Technical Director
Civil engineer with a masters in geotechnics and hydrology from the University of Padova (Italy) and a former professor at the same institution. Being an entrepreneur, he founded his geotechnical investigation company where he patented several innovations in that field. He boasts extensive international experience in projects in continents such as: Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
CRISTIANA ORTIGAO
COO
Graduated in electrical engineering, production and HSE at PUC-Rio and specialized in corporate finance from the same institution. She has more than 25 years experience in project management in: mining, oil and gas, transportation, heavy construction, education and retail sectors.
LETICIA RODRIGUES
Director of commercial affairs
Civil engineer with over 10 years experience in Terratek and holds the position of our commercial manager and responsible for technical and commercial proposals.
ANTONIO COUTO
Contract manager, geo-monitoring specialist
Engineer Antonio Couto has more than 20 years of experience in technology projects, automation, geotechnics, quality and contract assurance and project management.
